Belgian slow food
Balls & Glory tantalises your tastebuds with the world’s most delicious meat- & vegetarian balls: ovenbaked, handcrafted and famous for their super tasty, liquid filling!
Head to our restaurants in Ghent, Brussels, Leuven and Antwerp and take a seat at our communal tables. Short on time? No worries: choose from our 4 ‘Balls of the day’ (Porc, chicken and veggie) served with stoemp (mashed potato and vegetables) or a salad with seasonal greens. Share some free fruit with the other table guests and take a sip of water with a lemon wedge on the house.
Our restaurants also offer about a dozen meatball flavours to warm up at home, as well as stoemp, sauces and salads for a gloriously Ballicious party in the comfort of your own home.
Belgian slow-food is our passion, we love to keep it simple and we're proud of our ballekes & stoemp.
Make your events and festivals the next big thing with our food trucks! You can also book a food truck for Ballicious parties and cooking workshops.
Our place or yours,
it doesn't matter
Balls & Glory believes in co-creation: together we stand strong. An admirable short chain brings the farm of our grandparents to your city jungle. Besides our own restaurants, we have our independent franchise-partners who offer their glory & hospitality as 'patron' & ball-lover. Do you see yourself as the new son our daughter in our close family? Convince us of your qualities & groundbreaking good intentions: Contact "our" Stephanie
The first Balls & Glory meatball recipe was developed and crafted by Wim Ballieu in his quest for a simple, original and tasty recipe to satisfy hungry stomachs. The first B&G opened its doors in 2012 in Ghent as a pop-up lunch restaurant. In the meantime, a branche has opened in Antwerp, Brussels and Leuven. You can also buy our meatballs from our food truck or in our shop. The Ball keeps on rolling, yet it is still handcrafted, made with the best seasonal ingredients and served in a simple yet delicious way. And have we mentioned that Balls & Glory was awarded the title of ‘Best Food Concept in Europe’ in 2013?
