In the Balls & Glory kitchen, simplicity is key. It therefore comes as no surprise that we have chosen to offer a range that is limited, but made with love. Take them home or savour them in one of our restaurants.

We live & cook with the seasons. Our chef Wim Ballieu creates 4 new collections every year according to the seasonal vegetables. From very classic fillings as “tomato” or “liegeoise” to a very surprising one like “black olives & anchovies”.

Every seasonal taste is available in our shop. In the restaurant & delivery we make a selection of 4 balls: why? For every ball it takes 27 minutes to bake in our hot air oven (read: slow baked), but we serve them at every turn within 8 minutes (fast served)… How we do this? Come & check it out!
