Every month we include a new salad on the menu, faithful to our philosophy of slow-food. We love to cook with the different seasons, with local vegetables that we bake in the oven, ferment or just leave them nice and crispy.
We are inspired by chefs as Yotam Ottolenghi, but creative & passionate as we are, we put our heart & our soul in your salad 😉
